The idea is to set his AS early to start working on damage and just tear through anybody, with the armor reduction of The Black Cleaver and the Life steal effects. With the attack speed, the high damage and life steal is insane. I'm only a level 8 summoner now and working on building to this, but the build I'm using at such a low level usually works wonders, so I'm basing it off that.

just a few points to make
1. you only have 5 items, dont know if you meant to leave one for players choice
2. all your runes are attack speed which is fine, but i think it might be better with armor pen or even magic pen
3. you have 0 a.p. i think you can sacrifice some of your a.s. runes and get a nashor's tooth, a.s. and a.p. plus cooldown reduction and mana regen
4. tip of the hat for conforming to the standard dps tf ability build, well done
5. also well done on the mastery tree, except in utility i like some less time dead mastery, just cause tf is ultra squishy and its nice to not be dead for 2 minutes
6. may i recommend you also get an infinity edge so you get all the items with a bf sword.....this build is expensive, which is good if you have a great team are getting lots of kills/assists, and are farming like hell
7. seriously maybe ditch the tiamat for the infinity blade
