All of these lanes can be extremely fun to play, additionally they could also be extremely irritating to play... Some may suit your play style and some may not, but you won't know what you like until you try it!

Mid AP

In the middle lane you will have a lot of ups and downs, if you get fed then you can do insane damage and if you don't then you could do no damage. The key to success as Twisted Fate is using his ultimate in your teams best interests. Put your lane just before you hit 6 so you won't miss many minions, the second you hit 6 you will want to look at top, the jungle and bot for a suitable target for your ultimate. Once you find your target head over there and kill them (or force summoners).

ADC

At bot lane Twisted Fates passive is superior to any other passive when it comes to farming, this being the case you will want to farm as much as possible in the first 20 minutes of the game, aim for at least 150 cs by 20 minutes and you will have a huge item advantage for contesting objectives and securing kills. You will not be able to out duel champions like Vayne and Corki without other peoples help but instead where ADC Twisted Fate shines is his ability to burst down the majority of his opponents, with good map presence (meaning you can farm in a different lane before team fights and R in to a safe fighting location to pick people off) and solid burst Twisted Fate ADC is a force to be reckoned with! Just be sure to pick

the stun card...

Tanky

At first you may be sketchy on the tanking idea but think of it this way, with good stun cards and BotRK passive damage you can still be a major threat towards the enemy team. Having the power to engage into the middle of the enemy team with your ultimate or teleport to the backlines of a fight to pick off their ad/pc is a major asset towards being a good Twisted Fate Tank!

Roaming

At first you may ask "What the hell is roaming build supposed to mean...?", well let me explain: If you don't like the boredom of killing creeps all the time then you could pick this build, it works for any lane (Except jungle) and just requires you to push the lane and roam around helping other lanes. It can massively help your team at the cost of your own late-game efficiency (lack of levels and possibly lack of gold)

Jungle

You might this that it doesn't work but anyone that can survive in the jungle CAN jungle, though some are A Lot better then others it doesn't mean the others won't be effective. The key to Foresting as Twisted Fate is to start ganking any lane that overextendeds the moment you hit level 2 (which is almost every time immediately), your ganks can be insane but you don't want it to get in the way of your farming so be sure to take out wolves and wraiths the moment the spawn over all the other camps as your passive r acks up gold really fast!
