PLEASE READ:
Jungle TF can be hard to play early game but dominates later on very strongly because no-one knows when he is going to come and gank for the first time. I start off with a 21-9-0 build and get cloth armor and 5 health pots. Start at golems smite the first golem and kill it off then ignite the second one to help you kill it faster and pop a health pot as soon as you take a lil bit of damage, then proceed to wolves or wraiths depending on how proficient you are at TF and just farm Wolves, Wraiths, and Double Golems until you have your Madred's Razors once you get these you should get red buff and be ready to recall back heal yourself up and gank somewhere I suggest picking up boots before you go out for your first gank because of TF's slow base speed, if you aren't ready to gank yet just go grab blue then by then you need to gank or you will get left behind in the dust. I layed out the order in which you buy items up in the lil scroley box thing. I will put up a video soon to show how to properly start off in the game as Jungle TF. This item build makes TF very powerful able to burst down people so fast if you can land your gold cards.
I hope this build helps you out and remember to use the "heart of the cards".
Extra - Most of the runes other are interchangeable for example magic resist blues and armor yellows may be more viable, I just prefer this set of runes.
DISCLAMER - TF is by far not the most effective Jungler this is just a build I use because I hate laning with TF due to his slow base movement speed and smaller than average attack range and his squishiness.
DISCLAMER pt.2 - This build does take some adjusting to.
