Too squishy early game.

masteries aren't terrible, infact interested to test them out. Summoner Abilities aren't terrible either although to a degree I disagee. However, if you are going AD TF it is better to max out Stacked Deck and Pick A Card and not put a point in Wild Cards until you have to. I also recommend rushing Madred's and Zeal (phantom dancer eventually). but none the less good work
