Intro

This TF does insane damage, and he can 1v1 anyone as well as dissolving towers and pushing insanely fast.

He's great for either joining team fights OR teleporting to a pushed lane and taking out the towers.

This guide will prove once and for all that AP tf is for crazy people who want to lose.

Why This Fate Rocks:

Items

Items:

Greves
Cleaver
Sword of the divine
Starks
Infinite Edge
Last Wisper
--> Sell Sword of the divine
Phantom Dancer
---> Sell Greves
Phantom Dancer #2 (or TriForce)

This build has a ton of damage, high attack speed, armor reduction, and armor penetration.

This build is pricey but at a 35 minute game you should be able to get the first 4 items. If you're really farming hard you can have this whole build done by 35 minutes, but 40 is more likely.

You make a TON of money with all your tp's so expect to be rich, so rich, that you'll have more money to spend once this build is completed (about 30% of my games I do). So in this case you sell the sword of divine for a phantom dancer, and then sell the boots for another phantom dancer. You melt everything now!

Runes

Attack speed and armor pen runes are the best for 1 reason: Towers

I used to stack 20% crit runes, and they do hurt nicely for AD carries...but when you think about the goal, getting towers, then it's clear you want attack speed over crit because you can't crit towers. So for overall max damage attack speed runes are your best bet.

Masteries

Simple:

Max your attack damage, with upgrades in the revive and teleport skills.

Skill Sequence

I've tried every possible leveling route and the highest DPS is if you max wildcards and then pick a card. Don't even put a point in stacked deck until last.

Wild card does the most damage so you wanna spam that the second you hit the stun. The higher you get the stun, obviously the more damage they take while stunned! Late game you can literally take out almost any hero within the stun duration, and if not by the time they move you'll finish them off.

When you complete this build (and it can be done in 30-35 minutes if you're farming hot, but 45 minutes if you're going slow) and at that point you can do up to 1.1k per hit (with crits) and you've got a ton of armor pen and reduction. Only the highest AD tanks can take a full stun and live, but then they barely have time to move because theyll be gunned down as you chase.

Summoner Spells

Revive Teleport works well on tf for 2 of reasons:

#1. You can push like a boss if you ever catch a wave close to the towers with the other team near the other side of the map (which often happens when you tell your team to push ;).

#2. If you get focused first in a team fight, you can pop right back, with a health and speed boost. At level 1 this is an amazing way to turn the tide if they pick you off first and you come right back to potentially ace them with your super speed and stun potential!

Now why not get REAL carry skills like flash, ghost, exhaust? Well because this build does SO MUCH DAMAGE so fast you generally won't need exchaust. Of course if they have an exhaust hero do your best to avoid them, and worst case scenario you can get rid of your starks for a quick silver sash (sword of the divine does more dps for TF than starks).
