This build is a critical build for twitch that I think will make your enemies "twitch" in fear.

Let me start explaining the items: Start with 1 health potion and Doran's Shield.

Boots of Mobility:
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2
Passive: When out of combat for 5 seconds the effect of these boots is increased to Enhanced Movement 5.

Note: One should always start with these boots so you can run around the map dodging skills and assassinate low HP enemies early game. Another option for these boots are Ninja Tabi(+25 Armor +12% Dodge Chance UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2). But I recommend you get the Ninja Tabi after you've gotten your first Phantom Dancer so you can boost your dodge. And you wont need the 5 enhanced movement because you'll have +15% movement speed from Phantom Dancer.

The Black Cleaver:
+75 Attack Damage
Passive: Physical attacks reduce your target's Armor by 12 for 5 seconds, (maximum 5 stacks).

Note: What? Why? Why not Infinity Edge?! Because most games end before you can get the Infinity Edge or even the Phantom Dancer after the Infinity Edge. So why not buy something cheaper that does more damage than the Infinity Edge and get the Phantom Dancer a whole lot quicker? By having The Black Cleaver you deal +75 attack damage and armor penetration you'll wont have problem taking down tanks with your ultimate.

Phantom Dancer:
+45% Attack Speed
+30% Critical Strike
+20% Dodge Chance
+15% Movement Speed

Note: This item will boost everything you need for Twitch: attack speed, critical strike, dodge chance, and movement speed. With this item you'll hit critical strikes 4 to 6 times out of ten hits . However you'll need two Phantom Dancer's do take down a whole team in team fights. Out of 5 team fights you'll see all the enemy champions hit the floor twice. That's right! That means you'll kill ten champions! TEN! Only if you position your self well enough to hit all enemies at least 10 times.

Infinity Edge:
+80 Attack Damage
+20% Critical Strike
UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%.

Note: The minute you are able to get this item you'll be G-G-G-Godlike! Your critical's will do monster damage tearing through the enemy waves. And I think you all know what will happen.

Last Whisperer:
+10 Attack Damage
+40% Attack Speed
UNIQUE Passive: Attacks penetrate 40% of the defender's armor.

Note: More attack speed and armor penetration making you look like a Gatling gun shooting nuclear bombs. However If you have enough money to buy a Phantom Dancer before the game ends buy it instead of the Last whisperer. There are often times where games tend to go for a long time. By then you can do this: sell your Last whisperer and add another Phantom Dancer. Why? You'll be so fast that enemies cant even scratch you, you'll have maximum attack speed, you will dodge more incoming attacks and finally you'll hit 100% critical hits.
