WORK IN PROGRESS! Not complete yet, published for the benefit of some friends. Will finish ASAP.

Welcome to the LEGENDARY Twitch guide by icantgetthenameiwant!

In this guide, I will attempt to explain how, in my experience, to play Twitch most effectively.

Runes
Extra penetration from the Reds helps your early game harass.
Extra dodge and magic resist from the yellows help you take a bit more damage, and score those early kills you need.
Extra movement speed helps you get around, poke better, and position better.

The runes are, for the most part, interchangeable.

Summoner Spells
Flash is taken on Twitch, because you have basically no escape mechanisms or positioning tools. Flash is an incredibly versatile skill.
Ignite is good for the extra damage, which is fairly essential early game. It screws over anyone with heals as well.
Exhaust can be taken instead of Ignite, it is a good counter to other DPS and a good chaser tool as well. Not to mention it screws over champions like Udyr.

Twitch's greatest strength is his insane burst, and of course his stealth capabilities.
The items I listed for the build should be self-explanatory, and work well no matter what team composition you're facing. The item order I gave works well, but of course if you have extra gold or perhaps too little you can exchange one item for another.

For example if you have 1900 gold and you're porting back for the first time, it can be better to just grab the B.F. Sword.

Also, if you are doing well, an Oracle's elixir is a very good purchase. It's easy to tell if an enemy has a oracle, and work around it- there's no way to detect vision wards without an oracle or another vision ward. Obviously, it's not practical to plant vision wards everywhere you plan to gank.
Because of the relatively short range on an Oracle and Twitch's insane ult range, with an Oracle you can avoid (or farm for gold) their vision wards and remain completely undetected.

On that topic, press Tab every time an opponent comes out of Fog of War, early game this will warn you of vision wards.
