Just kidding, but there are some things you need to check. First, runes are most effective when all of one kind are for one attribute, like full armor penetration marks. And attack speed runes? Kind of crazy. I think you'de be better off with some flat armor seals and MAYBE some magic resist glyphs, to minimize harassing damage (it's what I run on my AD carry rune page), flat armor pen marks with no questioning, and then it's up to you. You can get flat AD quints or flat armor pen. I really recommend this setup, it gives you a pretty good early game and if you do well enough, you'll be fed or farmed by mid game. About the item build, I think you need early attack speed to stack poison. Get a BF Sword before Berserker's, and then after boots, a zeal or BT. This is because Twitch is pretty squishy and he could use the sustain with the life steal. Don't get Executioner's, it's a counter item imo, for Mundo mainly. And that warmog's doesn't really fit, get Guardian Angel instead. This is just my playstyle as an AD carry, if you're building twitch for that purpose then I guess you'd do well with it.
