This is Janitsu, you might know me from my other guides, but this is the deal:
I made guide for
Twitch, and now, it's your turn to vote it up, comment how I can improve this, how good it is, your scores are welcome aswell....
Twitch is very good as AD carry/Roamer. I don't usually play him as roamer, because of low early health. But it's okay to be a roamer. Twitch is good when you have premade team, with EXPERIENCED support. You should have 
Soraka, 
Janna, 
Alistar, 
Taric or 
Sona with you. But now lemme introduce you my awsum Twitch guide:

I use these masteries, because of HUGE defensive and offensive burst. You can go as 21/9/0 or 9/21/0 but I don't use 9/0/21 or 21/0/9, because
Twitch is AA, so you don't need mana, and you aren't jungle, so you don't need longer buffs. But of course you can tell me at comments, if I'm mistaken.

As I have said before, YOU NEED DEFENSE!!
You aren't someone like
Graves who has high burst and lots of health for an AD carry, you are playing as Twitch!! You are WEAK, easy to counter with Oracle's Elixir, stun, and all kind of CC's. Don't be like: "I'M IMPOSSIBLE TO KILL, I HAVE FULL STACKED SWORD OF OCCULT. You aren't invulnerable. never. So stay with your team and try to get maximum help from runes. Or be a F**king B**ch.

So why you don't pick any of NOPES? You aren't support :p, and no dominion guide or troll guide. You just don't want to take these.

So, you probably think, why not max
Ambush first? Because it attack speed buff doesn't get that high buff, and you don't actually need more than 20 sec stealth. You can take 3 points to it early, but no more. It's just so annoying to see Twitch, without Venom Cask, because he just takes points to Expunge and Ambush.

I trust this build.
Boots of Speed early survivability, with potions you hold lane for long. The Black Cleaver is your first really dmg item, it is just OP, because lowers enemy armor and gives you attack damage and attack speed. Now I go Berserker's Greaves, because of faster movement speed, and attack speed. I see most of people go for Boots of Mobility, but what do you do with that? You run faster WHEN NOT IN BATTLE, and same movement speed in battle as you would get from Berserker's Greaves, but with Berserker's Greavesyou hit faster. This is why I buy Berserker's Greaves. Now you should buy 
Zeal Because of attack speed and movement speed and ofc, CRITICAL CHANCE!!!! Your Infinity Edge is now OP, you really hit MUCH crit hits, so people are scared. With Phantom Dancer you hit even more crits. The Bloodthirster and Quicksilver Sash are for survivability, BOTH!!
Items - Damage
IN MY BUILD:

Infinity Edge is your main and most important damage item. It will be just op, when you have Phantom Dancer and Infinity Edge with The Bloodthirster. You steal huge amounts of life with every hit, because of Infinity Edge's passive, critical hits deal 250% dmg.

The Bloodthirster is your source of survivability. You steal huge amounts of life with Infinity Edge and + 100 damage. Who wouldn't love this, it's JUST awesome. Nuff said.

Phantom Dancer is AD carry's power. Without this you: Run slower, hit slower and do less crits. So, if you don't buy this,  Lee Sinwill kick your ***.

SPACE | So, now you lower enemy's armor, hit faster and harder. This is your early damage item, so you should buy it. Really. nuff. said. |
OPTIONAL:

SPACE | This is MAYBE, because of it's critical chance and lifesteal. But it's just kinda useless and costs alot of money. but your decision. |

SPACE | This is good item, gives armor penetration, critical chance, attack damage and Cooldown reduction. |
Items - Survivability
IN MY BUILD:

SPACE | This is so epic item for you. You can slow enemy, you get health and attack damage. SO this is GONNA BUY THIS item. |
OPTIONAL:

SPACE | This is for that if they got some1 that just bursts you down. You don't need it and I prefer to not buy it. |

This your MUST BUY item, if your enemies have  Karthus, or they have 3 or more AP enemies.

SPACE | This isgood if you have fast AD enemies. This is only for games where enemies have 3 or more AD champions. |
Gameplay
You are Twitch so you should gank hard, and use your Ambush to go to enemies back. You need support with you, if you want to harass, and then make kill. 
Blitzcrank is also good lane combo with you. You just can own enemies when Blitzcrank pulls them to you. But you need to avoid high bursts, such as:
Sarah Fortune
Yeah, miss Fortune (Sarah Fortune) is so high burst at late game. Don't go 1 v 1 with her, she owns you with 90% chance.
Kassadin
Kassadin just uses 
Riftwalk to get near you, then 
Null Sphere, and then 
Force Pulse and then just Riftwalk away from you.

Ahri
Ahri rushes to you with 
Spirit Rush then taunts you with 
Charm and deals damage with 
Orb of Deception and

Akali is so high burst, you need to be careful if there is 
Akali in enemy team.
