I never thought I'd see armor Quints on an adc before, definitely gonna give this a try. Thinking about how twitch's kit is about applying as many stacks as possible before detonating them, having armor or extra health to live longer does make sense, also noticed that stutter stepping guide and will give that a try as well. +1 for this guide :)

well it's pretty hard to position properly when the enemy team has a fed vi, that's why i usually buy a defensive item, but otherwise , if the enemy doesn't have too many gap closers i like to go full damage items as well ^^.

About phantom dancer, i'm not sure why you stay away from it, but i find it to be a really nice item when paired with infinity edge. And runaan's 2 AAs don't work with spray and pray. Also the range of the projectiles remains the same, so if you are using your ult to attack someone that is really far away, you won't even use those 2 projectiles.

I didn't really understand the last question from your first comment, but if you ask me what to choose between the black cleaver and a defensive item, i would go for the defensive item if the enemy team has some gap closers or fed assassins. If they don't have something like that, instead of black cleaver i would like to end with a blade of the ruined king. It gives you even more sustain, and a nice movement speed boost to run away from your foes. Also in late game, champions tend to have a lot of hp, so this item could prove even better than the black cleaver, but i have to admit that the cleaver is an interesting pick ^^. Oh and i forgot about the attack speed that would work really well with all the damage you already have.

one more question, does runaan two extra projectiles deal the spray and pray damage? in that case it would be interesting...

Great guide! The Orb walking video inclusion was awesome. I've had some success going full glass cannon and swapping the defensive item for a Black Cleaver against heavy armored teams and sometimes I've used frozen mallet which proved useful. These are very situational, but might also help sometimes.

I've like going full offensive items when I get feed at the start of the match, makes Twitch impossible to deal with, though super squishy if not positioned properly. I usually stay away from runaan and phantom dancer, and go with bloodthirstier, berserker boots, infinity, last whisper, statik and then either black cleaver or a defensive item (gardian angel, banshee's, frozen mallet or randuin; what would you use instead of the defensive item or black cleaver?

Seso2000 twitch is one of the squishiest adcs and that sucks :<. If you're fed try to tell your support to protect you. I saw a lot of supports that forget about their adc ^^. Also if they have an enemy vi, consider building banshee's veil as your defensive item.
Wmvv93 I haven't tried runaan but if you like it, who am i to tell you to stop using it?^^
I use the shiv because i find the 20% crit and the magic damage much more beneficial than 2 AAs that actually deal the damage of one, and also because of the synergy it has with botrk (more attack speed, more magic damage), but i guess runaan's has this synergy as well.

Your build I liked it a lot and since I started I started to try to carry all the games with twitch and went 5 times in series with a score almost always positive! But without a team to defend him die soon :(

I just looked at your guide and it was very usefull. I did have one note to add. Why use static shiv. I would go for Runaan's Hurricane. Sure it hits 1 target less and uses your AD instead of automated magic damage but it does apply Twich his Passive on main target plus the 2 side targets he hits.

Im gonna recommend going 21/0/9 on the masteries, and getting Culinary Master . It gives alot of sustain in terms of hp + mana, especially with a Long Sword and pots start instead of Doran's Blade.

Well i haven't really tried runaan's because i always thought that it's not such a good item. But i will try to use it this week. I was discouraged by the fact that the secondary projectiles have only a range of 375, but it's also true that it's a lil bit cheaper than shiv and it gives you way more AS.
