Realy nice build. I love your use of the Executioner's calling. However, Sword of the Occult seems to risky to me. Still +1

Looks good, but like the other have said, He's very squishy. If you give him some defense then you should be fine.

With Sword of the Occult and Berserker's Greaves it seems like this build will do incredibly well a little bit of the time and do really poorly most of the time. Twitch is really slow already, and the times I've put SOTO on him I get super focused, and there isn't any reason to make the other team focus you more than you may already be.

no defensive itens, sword of the occult fail a lot of times... cause twitch is really squish and in that build you dont have defensive itens.. so.. you die really fast..
