I main twitch. You get a downvote from me and my reasons are as followed:

- The point of getting Ambush first is to catch people off-guard while they are at their weakest. By getting expunge first, you lose your level one gank ability. Ambush is what secures most twitches first blood at level one. It allows for you to position yourself perfectly to initiate ganks on unsuspecting foes whether that be in a solo lane or in the jungle. Getting expunge first requires that you position yourself in such a way where you can get 6 stacks of Deadly Venom off. If the opponent has any common sense at all and knowledge about the game, they're going to flash away before you can get 3 stacks off at level 1 when they see you visibly walk out of the bush to attack them. The only chance of you actually being able to secure a kill with expunge at level 1 is if either the opponents your playing are in an incredibly low ELO bracket, or you laning partner is a god among men when it comes to playing their champ and is able to lock them down with some sort of CC. Either or, you do much more damage with level 1 Ambush then you do with level 1 expunge, mainly because of the ability to freely position yourself for the kill, the strong level 1 AS bonus, and the chance to get on more Deadly Venom onto the target much faster then you would without ambush. The keypoint you should take from this is positioning gained from Ambush > expunge damage. Even then, no one face checks bushes in my games anymore, so your surprise tactics with expunge is limited to work on very unskilled players.

- Beefy twitch is okay, but the way you're building beefy twitch makes it so that he is lacking greatly in armor penetration. On top of that, this build has you build just health, but lacks any form of armor to keep your survivability up. One cc, even with that much health, is going to result in you dying in seconds. If anything, I suggest swapping out warmogs with a Randuin's Omen if AD is the strength of the opposing team or a Force of Nature if AP is. Even then, with the way this twitch build is currently structured, you won't be able to deal enough damage in a short enough time to make you efficient in terms of twitch. I also suggest swapping out your Mobility Boots late game with mercury treads to solve any of your cc problems.

- While Surge is decent on twitch, taking it as a main summoner ability is sort of a weak choice. The reason why Ignite is a better choice is that it can be used while stealthed. See an enemy champion is running away from a fight with his team while he only has 100 hp? Don't wanna get caught? Pop Ignite on him while stealthed and walk away with a kill. On top of that, it synergizers extremely well with his passive (which deals true damage). Surge works for this build because you've got the room for more AS, but I do believe that Ignite would ultimately be a better route to take in terms of securing early/mid game kills.

- You build Warmog's Armor WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too late in this build and you push Atma's Impaler out before having any health items secured under your belt. If anything, stack 3 Doran's Blades while laning early game to at least give you some survivability early game and add some bulk to your twitch so you can get any use from atma's (in fact, you should probably consider building atma's before IE in this build). You should also consider speccing 9 points into the defensive tree to pick up Durability and Veteran's Scars to give you early game survivability and a bit more damage for your Atma's Impaler

This guide needs a lot more work on it. I hope my insight aids you in making this guide better.

If Twitch who is building carry catches your team in a choke point, he pretty much kills your entire team by himself.

Twitch is practically the definition of a hyper-carry, and if he gets fed, he is EXTREMELY dangerous.

If i could pick to have a 10-0 twitch, or a 10-0 kog'maw on my team, I'd pick the twitch.

couldn't agree more

NinjaGinge- I will create a list of enemy based items. Thank you for bringing that up.

Rys Aberdeen- Yeah I just wanted other twitches to see the item build and try it out. I made this all today. But I will be making many improvements as the week goes on. Thank you for the offer. I'll let you know if help is needed:)

Okay, tbh I couldnt read. I still upvoted because it seems good and you were below 50% and everyone deserves a chance to be read before downvoted. Add some pics or colored text. If you need help I can show you. The icons are really easy. Just write xxx
