There's a thing called "Having a brain" where you can look at a guide and know if it's bad or not without trying it.

I don't need to try Full AP Zed to know it's a piece of ****, the same thing applies to your guide, yes Twitch can Jungle but not with this setup, and yes Riot did suggest him as a jungler but that was before Season 3 where the Jungle received heavy changes. I don't care about your win rates, I can feed a game with Full AP Zed and still get carried to victory thus increasing my win Rate.
