Its a great guild setup, but improvements are definitely able to be made. Summoner spell changes, and a little tweaking with the item build can be made.

Alright. In order.

Not enough mana? Are you spamming it? If so, then you are clearly not suited for this champion. You don't spam. You auto attack. The early W is used just in case. If you see that an enemy is coming to gank you, you can simply hit your W to buy yourself more time to stealth away.

Ad runes are bad? Easier last hits are nice, gets your items quicker. And if you read the guide, you will see that I have several different rune sets. One has a lot of armor pen in it. Defensive glyphs besides of course health quints are bad on Twitch. Want to know why? You don't have enough basic resistances to start with, thefore, buffing this would be useless were the runes could be better spent on offensive. I agree, I need to fix the runes a wee, but otherwise this assumption that you can build tanky Twitch is silly. That is not to say Cloak and Dagger and other items such as the Veil are bad. They have good passives.

Three builds. If you read the guide, which I am sure you did not as you would not have mentioned anything that you have already stated, you will see that the three are for 3 different types of teams. One is for a magic heavy team, another for an AD heavy team, and the last for a sheer crits.

Ghost is a great spell. It can be used to catch an enemy or get away. It makes you go farther in a longer period of time. Flash, gives you an instant burst of "speed". The distance is not very far, but I do agree it can be useful. Ghost is just a better option and good in more situations then flash. That combined with the cleanse means that you can easily escape.

I don't think you will have mana for your poison early in the game, and you use AD runes man! AD runes aren't the best choice for damage, you can see it with some calculations, the armor penetration are the bests.. and you put 3 rat builds but they are all situational, this is a situational game. btw I don't like your glyphs too, critical chance glyphs.. huh.. just giving 0.28 critical chance each, you could be putting something like flat MR glyphs, who's better and help you a lot more. And you use ghost, but Flash is like really better because you use it for a lot more thins, escape, positioning, etc...
