This Twitch build focus' on allowing his E to inflict more damage among any target. This build also grants twitch an insane 1v1 advantage compared to the usual AD build, but along with that he is even more powerful in team fights as he is able to quickly smack on stacks and apply more AoE damage (due to Guinsoo's and Runaan's), the AP+AD build strengthens the E, Guinsoo's and Lich Bane increase the E's power as you are applying stacks of venom. Also as the venom hurts the opponent since it counts as an ability Deathfire Touch is applied same goes for Thunderlord's Decree.
