The runes used are for an early game advantage only. If twitch does well early game and gets his first few items he will dominate throughout the game. For Glyphs use flat magic-resistence. (For some reason mobafire doesn't show flat magic resist so I couldn't put it in the build.) If you want to engage an enemy or enemies solo, only do so if you are garunteed the kill(s), make sure you check if the have out vision wards in the area or used oracles. Use Ambush regularly to gank and kill enemies, this is twitch's strong point but choose when you go out of stealth wisely and never ever ever start a team fight. Do not be afraif to buy vision wards to counter enemy wards. Building the items I have listed will overwhelm enemies with power and take down the tankiest tanks in seconds. This build has very little sustain however so make sure do whatever is necessary to get away, this means using your summoner spells. When you are being strafed by enemies use your debillitating poison and activate stealth. If you have not been attack for 1-2 seconds, stealth will activate and you are safe, unless they have oracles in which case you have to run for it. Another advantage to twitch is using stealth to take down towers and inhibitors. Hope this helped!
