This build is a critical damage build for Twitch that will make your enemies "twitch" in fear.
Runes: An all critical chance rune page is necessary for this build please read more for more information.
Ghost: for extra speed boost to gank, chase, or escape enemies.
Cleanse: Removes any slows or stuns and reduces the time of all other effects after using your spell
Let me now start explaining the items: Start with one health potion and a Doran's Shield and then start building.
Boots of Mobility:
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2
Passive: When out of combat for 5 seconds the effect of these boots is increased to Enhanced Movement 5.
Note: One should always start with these boots so you can run around the map dodging abilities and assassinate low HP enemies early game.
+80 Attack Damage
+20% Critical Strike
UNIQUE Passive: Critical hits now deal 250% damage instead of 200%.
Note: This is your core weapon. Without this item this build will not work. This item will increase your damage so you can get early kills or help you damage enemies in team fights
+45% Attack Speed
+30% Critical Strike
+20% Dodge Chance
+15% Movement Speed
Note: This item is your multi stat catalyst. It will boost everything you need for Twitch: attack speed, critical strike, dodge chance, and movement speed. And that is why urge to get 2 of these right after your Infinity Edge. Why?
1)You will be able dodge lots of attacks while your being attacked.
2)You'll have enough attack speed to stack your poison damage a whole lot quicker.
3)With the two Phantom Dancers you wont be needing your Boots of Mobility due to the speed boost. You'll be able to change them to Berserker's Greave. Ill explain later.
4)Because with an all critical chance rune page your critical chance percentage will hit 100% in game. You'll probably be able to take whole teams down while using your Spray and Pray ability.
+25% Attack Speed
UNIQUE Passive: Enhanced Movement 2.
Note: I suggest that you change your Boots of Mobility to Berserker's Greave. Why? Because, as I said before you won't need the extra 5 enhanced movement speed in mid or late game cause your going to be in team fights. Some people say that I should use Ninja Tabi instead, however you wont need to dodge cause your going to be killing instead. Also the good extra 25% attack speed will stack your passive much faster and increase your Spray and Pray attack speed.
+10 Attack Damage
+40% Attack Speed
UNIQUE Passive: Attacks penetrate 40% of the defender's armor.
Note: 40% attack speed boost and armor penetration making you look like a gatling gun shooting nuclear bombs during your Spray and Pray (Mordekaiser's armor or any tank in your way will turn to to paper with this).
+60 Attack Damage
Passive: Gain an additional 1 Physical Damage and 0.25% Lifesteal per kill. Maximum of +40 Damage and 10% Lifesteal. Bonuses are lost upon death.
Note: This item will gain you lots of health due the life steal and mostly because of your attack speed. Also your normal damage output is 306 damage with the stacks and dealing 600 to 700 damage due to your 250% critical strike. And you will be hitting enemies 600 to 700 damage all day because your critical chance is 100%. I had originally used a Black Cleaver instead of the Bloodthirster because I learned that combining with Last Whisper isn't optimal, because Armor Reduction is always applied before Armor Penetration. This means that with every hit of your Black Cleaver, your Last Whisper will get less efficient. If you grab Black Cleaver, then go for a different attack speed item. If you need more Armor Penetration, then use flat one or Armor Reduction. Synergizes well with Stark's Fervor, because Armor Reduction can reduce armor below 0, resulting in additional damage.
