Okay i'm going to keep this brief, you cannot go mid with this build and its best accompanied by a Melee character.
I'm not much of a typer so i most likely wont be able to give you a large explanation but this build incorporates lifesteal with huge amounts of speed and damage input, at level 18 fully fed i am able to hit 1.4k at 2.2 speed which is quite nice if you ask me.

You will be able to wipe out teams from afar and be able to 1v1 select melee summoners with this build.

Also, this build is quite a complex build, you want to get a lot of minion kills while still ganking, i like to go through lanes and gank unsuspecting summoners, be careful though, you may be able to dish out a lot of damage you still can't 1v1 everyone until you're mildly fed or fully fed.
