I really like the item build including (make more use of Armor Pen) and the Runes and Masteries are correct I would say. The protracted discussion about is weird and I don't really know how effective this mastery really is. Pick all points in and if you not want to use or any kind of crit. You REALLY should make use of BBCode and Pictures and you should make use of more detailed descriptions. Make use of this.
