Sorry if this guide is a bit messed up, it is my first guide.
First of all I would like to say I have over 2k games played, and have a good knowledge of this game. If you do not agree on me with somethings and why I choose one thing over the other. Then please leave some feedback and I will come back to you.

Now welcome to my udyr jungle guide. Udyr is a beast in jungle, ultra fast, jungles at high level, and overall always welcome in any team combo.

Pros

High mobility
High sustain
Fast jungle clear
Strong single target CC (for ganks).
Lots of AOE dmg.

Cons

May have mana problems w/o blue, (only early game).
Relies on snowballing game early.
Slows ruins his ability to close gaps.

I have chosen my runes to mix in early and late game.
My runes focus on fast clearing jungle, ms for easier ganks/escapes/faster jungle.
Mres for survival against mages.
Attack speed for more three strikes (phoenix form).

My masteries are 0/21/9 and are focused around mobility and survival. Because I think that the defense tree is really strong.

Early to midgame Items.

Boots mixed with 3 hp pots and double buff and a gank wins you early game 7/10 times. You'll be so strong that you can go back and grab hog and let it tick.


Witz end gives a lot of survival and is a must on udyr, not only gives it a huge dmg boost on him but great survival against mages.


Gives you a lot of overall survival easier escape from tower dives.

There are two ways to do this. Depending on where you feel safest to start.
My way is blue, but you can start red too.

Wolf Camp --> Ancient blue golem --> Enemy wraith/red buff --> --> -->

If you pick up boots and 3 health potions you go blue buff then bear to red buff and gank middle. Better to use flash than not use it. might get fb.

You are the tank but be careful of not getting focused down even though that rarely happens. stun as many as you can and burn them to death with phoenix form.

Another good tactic is going for their ad carry, until they retreat from the teamfight.
