...I'm a normally farmed annie late game... BOOM! Insta-kill... Get some more Resistances udyr is supposed to be able to run into a battle face first and stun/damage enemies while carries dps them. Your build just gets blown up in 2-4 seconds before you even land a stun.

PS move to champion builds and out of general plz.

Skill build: Hum... Is there a reason why you start with Turtle instead of Tiger at level 1?

I personally go Tiger / Turtle / Tiger (or Bear if a gank window opens) / Bear / Tiger => Max Tiger and alternate Bear and Turtle depending on how the game is going on.

Runes : I run ArP in red, Armor in yellow, CDR in blue (no reason, just no IP right now to get something else) and ArP in Quint, yet I can still solo Blue golem at level 1 provided someone pull (I do not know if I can do it without the pull, never tried out of caution). I see nothing wrong with yours, except for the fact that I don't see the use of Mp5 (Turtle can do the trick if you're low on mana). I would rather go for MR because you are quite vulnerable to burst damage, as opposed to sustained fights where you can constantly switch stances.

Masteries: Nothing much here either, but take Good Hand instead of Perseverence, someone has pointed out in the forum mathematically why Perse is totally worthless. Good Hand, on the other side, can save you some precious seconds on your respawn time, perhaps making you able to save an ally or a tower. Maxing Evasion is worth it only if you take the Nimble (+10% MS) boost that gets unlocked, you can easily sacrifice a point in Harden Skin to put it there (furthermore, it might allow you to catch your target faster before they get to their turrets since some minions will surely hit/miss you, thus triggering the mastery bonus)

Items: This is where I disagree the most with your build. Why do you need Phantom Dancer for? MS? Atk speed? Dodge? I feel you're way too squishy rushing this item, not to mention it doesn't benefit your Tiger stance that already gives you atk speed. In my opinion you either need to get tankier, or to get damage item. This is where I usually settle for a Trinity because it gives a bit of everything, and the Sheen proc is very nice since you're likely to spam your forms. I also feel like Trinity has enough damage output to let you focus on tankier items afterwards, such as Banshee Veil (as you suggest in your own build). In a more general way though, I hardly see why you're going so Crit heavy. In your Turtle form, you won't be able to proc' Crits, and even though you'll only be a tiny bit of time in Turtle form during the fight, it is still precious seconds where a Crit can be the only difference between life and death.

The rest: I like how you stress out the fact that you need wards. It's true, and it's always good to repeat it: Wards are vital. You might want to precise the fact that you don't have to FORCE ganks - if you're waiting too long in a bush for the perfect opportunity, it's precious second of farm that you're missing (not to mention you're probably leeching a bit of XP from your teamates on the lane due to the proximity). As for ganking cycle, Bear / Tiger / Turtle (if needed) / Bear / Tiger spam Tiger, you didn't stress how vital it is to spam Tiger (the Dot stacks). I know it might seem obvious, but it's better to say it clearly since we're in a guide :)

Last thing: You might want to mention that you can heal up in lane with Turtle form while your teammate backs off to buy item or to heal. That too seems obvious but too often I see Udyrs staying in lane with Tiger form or Bear form - scrap the damage, you don't need it when holding a lane while waiting for your ally to come back, heal up and mana up!

All that being said, I think it's a nice guide, I just see things differently. Good luck!
