Introduction
This will be an Offtank Udyr guide, but don't worry he still does tons of damage
Follow the Item Guide up to Trinity Force. Here is where you will get tanky depending on the situation. If they have an Ashe carrying their team buying something like a Warden's Mail will help you out, if they have 3 AP carries you are forced to buy Magic Resist.
I usually buy a negatron, then a warden's mail. From there I buy a
Randuin's Omen
Banshee's Veil or Force of Nature
Shuraleya Reverie (<---- or howeer it is spelled)
Make sure to not always buy the same defensive items every time, go according to their team comp. If they have no AD(lul) don't buy armor.

My normal Jungle route is Blue(smite) -> Wolves -> Wraiths -> Red(smite) -> Double Golem -> Gank bottom/Mid or go back
Make sure to have your team guard you, and have someone 'leash' for you. Leashing is when they attack the blue golem, so ii chases them, and you do not get hurt.
If your teammates are not ******ed you can have them do some more damage to it so you dont waste a health pot. However, make sure they leave before you get leeched of EXP.
Also if the Enemy team attempts to gank you and take your blue. Immediately Rush to Double Golems and your route should be
Double Golem (smite it) -> Wraiths -> Wolves -> Blue (Smite it) -> (splits here)
1. Red and Gank
2. Double golem -> wraiths -> wolves -> Red (if you have enough health)
Always use health pots on blue + red, and do not forget to use them.

When you finish your jungle at level 4, you can ping bottom for a gank. Tell your team to let them push, and you come in from river bush, with your E and stun them. quickly switching to Tiger Stance to do some serious damage, and slow from red buff. Hopefully one of two things can happen. They die, or they use a summoner spell, which is still a successful 'gank'. Just go Recall and come back to kill them because they can't escape.
