its a good build and i play udyr exactly the same and i prefer breserk but merc is okay too

yes this is a laning build for those who dont really know how to jungle udyr pretty well

this is a nice build, but not really one for jungling, udyrs main priority, and what hes made for/ designed around. i like that you upgrade tiger first, as its my favorite stance, but at lvl 9, i recomend upgrading bear rather than turtle. why? it make you ganks incredible. if this is a laning build, i understand getting turtle, but still recomend at least getting bear to lvl 2 at 9, rather than going strait for max turtle.
