The whole point of this build is to spam your 'e' and 'r'. You will have plenty of mana and by level 16 your ult will poke so far you will destroy everyone.

40% CDR + intense mana regain = spam galore

But seriously, I've gotten so many kills off this build, this is my first guide I decided not to go too in depth because it's quite basic really, but very op.
