2. I'm pretty sure that AD TF builds go W>E>Q because you can use stacked deck for last hitting and harassment that has synergy with PaC which is taken at top priority because it has multiple uses and stun ofc.
3. I think Merc Treads would be better if the other team had any significant CC, I would personally even take Zerker greaves over boots3.
