Ashe Build Intro
The runes I chose will give 100 percent critical strike and some decent early damage. In the early game, this will prove dominance over the other team's lane unless they have broke you already. The attack speed will also allow you to harass a little more.
The masteries I chose is 21-0-9 because in the early game, if you use volley constantly, then you will be mana hungry so the "9" will allow you to use volley a little more consistently.

The starter item that I use is a Vampiric Scepeter. This allows me to stay in lane longer. If your opponent is a long range damage dealer like Caitlyn, you should get a doran's blade rather then a vampiric scepter. Then you follow this build order through out the game.
After you return, you will get Berseker's greaves which you will sell later. Then 2 Bf swords and a pickaxe. After that, you get the bloodthirster and infinities edge. AFter you build on 2 phantoms dancers and sell you shoes. That will allow you to get a second blood thirster, not for the lifesteal but for the 100 damage you can get.

GOOD SPELLS
Cleanse - Allows you to escape sticky situation with the help of flash.
Flash - It's a must for Ashe because of how squishy she is, without flash to get out, she will probably die in all the team fights.
Ignite - If you need some extra damage boost early game, ignite will give you great damage output to last hit.
Ghost - It's OK to take this spell but i'd rather have flash.
OK SPELLS
Clairvoyance - This will allow you to spot for enemy ganks.
Teleport - Ashe moves somewhat slow in the early game so grabbing teleport can save turrets.
Promote - Ashe can not turret tank so with promote, she can attack the turret for longer.
Surge- In the early game, its a good choice but because Ash'e damage output is so great late game, surge isn't really useful for me.
Revive - In the late game only, you can use revive to comeback into the game and destory enemies instead of waiting.
NONO SPELLS
Exhaust - Hmmmmm...... Oh ya! SHE HAS A ON HIT SLOW!!!!!
Smite - .... you should know why not to get this unless you jungle -.-
Clarity - She gets out of being mana hungry very quickly.
Heal - Her lifesteal allows her to regen 120 health with one shot so she doesn't need heal.
