This is the Absolute best build for Fiona. I've been playing her for a very long time and well this guide it what gets me to best results.

Pros / Cons

Pros. Very fast can get around
can go into team fights and actually live while doing tons of damage.

Cons. no Escape's Takes skill to use in differnt situations

Farming

When farming ur Tiamats will do all the work for you with every hit you do it attacks everything around you so you wont have to waste anything.

Why Tiamats?

Why you ask? Think about it Her Ultimate Waltz applies hit on effects. THAT APPLIES TO HER ULTI! Also it stacks! so if you use your ulti +5 tiamats think about it with just thoso items 5+ 50attk per tiamat = 250attk + 25% splash per tiamt 25% + 5 = 100% splash = Max damage output ever
