I beg to differ about the mejais, if you can't get stacks early what's the point playing the champ.
When i first picked cass i went straight for mejais and got 20stacks within 10mins
I might record a game of mine to show how good this build is.

The problem IMO wouldn't be in getting the stacks, but keeping them for me. But yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing how you play with this build. I imagine you're very careful through early game. :P
I find that taking mejai's with cass so early is very risky, considering how squishy she is without any hp items. But if you're doing well in the game, sure, I'd go for it. Otherwise, the item build seems pretty solid if you want to be a completely glass cannon. :P
