THIS IS AN UNIVERSAL NOCTURE GUIDE
You can choose smite instead of ignite and go jungling also.
Lattern adds armor, lifesteal and atk damage not mentioning it's good for farming. Phage adds some survivability and can slow down an enemy, cleaver lower enemys armor, banshee disables spells and adds more m resist and so on.
This is basically 1v1 fight build for good damage output at early and mid game.

*amazing early/mid game
