Practically this whole build is based on soaking damage and limiting what enemies can do to you. Your armor and magic resist take up to around 70% of all damage done to you which allows you to last longer in team fights and the cooldown reductions let you continue spamming your skills allowing you to actually get kills instead of just tanking.

Early Game
pretty much all you start with early game is building your Force of Nature because of the health regen, magic resist and the movement speed boost. The movement speed allows you to put off buying boots and the health regen lets you lane longer.

Depending on what kind of opponents im facing it changes what kind of boots i buy. If im fighting mainly DPS characters that dont have stuns ill buy the Ninja Tabi, but otherwise stick with the Mercury Threads.

Mid Game
Mid game is where the Spirit Visage really comes into play because most champs have gotten to lvl 11 and have a more potent ult and more team fights start taking place and you can spam your abilities faster. Randuin's Omen is the first part of building your massive amount of armor and even more cooldown reduction. I start out with buying Warden's Mail before i finally upgrade to the Omen.

Late Game
Late game is really pretty much open, Spirit Visage again gives more cooldown reduction and magic resist and the sunfire cape gives health and the epic passive which works well with Creeping Death.

This build is something ive just been using lately and its worked out really well. I would say always start out laning with a Semi-Tank like Sion or Nunu, or a strong attacking Champ like WW or Xin. Give me some feedback on it, im open to suggestions.
