fck, they nerfed twitch so much, don't read this guide anymore :x

Very nice guide, With this build twich is so squishy but after a while playing with him, we get used to it and don't die anymore, we escape with flash/invisible :D He deals so many damage. But if we don't get the 1st blood , i have problems til mid game, but after he is op anyway :D

Best Twitch guide, but on longer games I take another bloodthrister instead of boots and madreds bloodrazor instead of phantom dancer.

I think Guardian Angel can be a good item for Twitch middle.

I play twitch and heimer, I think you play well.
Heimer's bad but the middle is a good place to advantage of the ability to twitch to gank.
However the stuff can be improved to be effective against most of the middle.
(Sorry for my bad english)
