Hi, I am not much of a pro in diamond or higher. I'm just a guy who has quite lots of experience with Urgot so just posting a guide to help out. Plz lemme know if you guys have any pref.

Pros:
+ High single target Dps
+ Can cap 100% armor pen and kill all tank
+ Can be quite tanky while disout lots of damage
+ Not easy to fall behind if you know how to play safe
Cons:
+ Super slow and ez to get ganked
+ Low Aoe damage
+ Ult can put you in real danger if not used carefully
+ Ugly

Lanephase for urgot should be quite easy but since he is really weak in early state, I recomend you do not fight before you get tears.
Q low CD and mana cost + doran ring should help you a lot from safe farm from champ like darius or riven.
Post Lv 4-5 is the ideal time for urgot to start trading since lv 1-3 Q damage is only a slightly bit more than AA.

Urgot usually fit with poke team that has jg and sup as tank/peel. Generally he shouldnt be played vs team that has lots of mobility since Urgot need to keep distance and kite.

As I mention before with urgot 100% armorpen, Urgot is the only champion that can cap 100% armor pen in LoL. You would find joy in destroying tanks and crush squishy..... if they dont out damage you first :D
