yea the main part of my set up is the masteries and runes thou idk why someone would go support when offense gives more armor pen and a greater damage out put its better to win 1v1 cause you nuke your enemy fast not manage to live the enounter with little health cause you could take more damage.

That's the great thing about this community. We probably just have different playstyles, which is why we use different items on Urgot.

I agree last whisper is a great item and i usually get the mallet just cause of the 700 and damage it gives its a good health item that doesnt hurt the ability to have all your items with attack damage. and i get runes and masteries with high armour pen for this champ as well to boost his pen even more and i see alot of other guides with focus on casting time and utility masteries. im an aggressive player so thats why i went tward this build n thought i would share it with others.

Yeah, but if you want a great damage output you don't really need crit, you need armor pen, since his Q is his main damage. IE is not really that good an item, Last Whisper is way better, because of what I just said.
Frozen Mallet is decent, but he already has a built in slow. I'd say that he should get 1-2 survivability items and 2-3 damage items.

Ik my initial items and skills dont have the survivability but i do suggest a frozen mallet or heart and i do agree i get aggressive with my summoner spells but ignite flash or ghost exhaust are also my recomendations. i tryed to lay a good base for how he should be played some items just are not ment for urgot yet some people have suggested them. if you need health get a frozen mallet it still puts twards his attack damage.

I think you lack some survivability. There's not one item like Banshee's or Frozen heart, which makes it really easy to kill you. Urgot wont deal much damage if he dies fast, since he doesn't have burst damage, but consistant damage instead.
Furthermore you have no escape mechanisms from summoner spells (maybe exhaust can be used, but not for ganks), which is truly needed on Urgot, since he is really vulnerable to melee champions and CC.
