In terms of end game viability, I would say above average. Your dps is pretty intense if you can accurately spam Acid Hunter and stack up on the trinity force. I have found myself face to face with many champions in 1v1 endgame while I was backdooring, and in 90% of cases I out-dps them to death. I can recall one time I was fed and a mordekaiser was fed, we had a fun little 1v1 up top and I killed him as he chased me.

The weak time of this build is that gap between manamune and sword of the occult.

The item list isn't particularly accurate. End game items are manamune, boots, trinity force OR sword of the occult, black cleaver, infinity edge, and phantom dancer. If you (and this is rare) get a long enough game that you have the option (and need the building dps), sometimes you will use an additional phantom dancer over trinity force or sword of the occult.
