Masteries
Urgot is extremly mana hungry early and mid game thats where the Flat mana regen runes come in very very handy. You can keep harrasing your enemies. If youre going 1v1 and youre loseing use ur ult just to stun your enemy and get AR/MR bonus without changeing positions with him. Your W is quite a good spell use it well. Your main damaging spell is Q its everything abt your skill shots. Last Whisper and Black Clever are a must buy items. Combining E with Last whisper and Weapon expertise mastery provides you 70% AR Penetration and then comes flat ARP Black Clever 45+ Runes 25 and in the end you will have a tank with 200 AR with -10 AR which is ridicoulously weak :D
Buying all thiese items costs 14k gold which isnt rly much if you farm good and get a few kills.
