Introduction
When using this version of blitz you want to make sure your team already has one true tank and one true damage dealer.
By endgame the most important thing is what items you've bought and how your team is playing.
Runes and Mastery choices for this build are completely for the purpose of giving you a strong edge early game and allow you to level faster while playing defensively than the other champs.

Pick what you want, but I really suggest Clairvoyance and Teleport.
Clairvoyance will allow you to see enemies hiding in bushes, great for a grab and also late game do checks on baron, help teammates see who might be coming up behind them. The thing has a pretty low cooldown timer so you can use it a lot. Very good utility spell.
Teleport allows you to make the occasional b to base, then right back to your turret in the event that you drain your mana too fast.

Early Game (1-7):
Early game is played defensively. Stay by your tower, pull enemies to you, stun them and let the tower do the rest. The mastery tree gives you the edge in both mana and defense in the beginning, so you can take down minions while waiting for the champs to get impatient and try to charge you. Reserve your grabs for when you're sure you can nab them, you want them to be overconfident at first. Don't get disgruntled if you don't get many kills, you should be leveling faster than them with your tower farming minion kills. You want to try to get to lv 6 for your static field as fast as possible, so let the regen do it's job and spam your overdrive when killing minions. Remember once you get that tear, every ability you use increases your mana pool. Just be sure not to drain it.
Mid Game (8-14):
Okay! You've got a ton of mana by now, you hit hard and you have a very strong static shield. Don't go out alone, but you can give your allies a hand and pull those enemies to them to finish off. The best combo is Grab > Power Fist > Static Field > Overdrive and attack.
Primarily at this point you want to work to get those phantom blades. Find those large groups of minions and static field them followed by overdrive attacks. Build fast! Remember, your mana shield is massive, so don't be afraid to stall the enemy if you have friends nearby just make sure they know they need to come help.
Endgame (15-18):
If you've gotten the phantom blades, decide the next items based on how your doing. If the opposing side has a ton of high HP tanks, get The Bloodrazor and Angel Armor. If they have mages, Banshee Veil is the way to go. You've been playing for a while, and these last few items should be based more on what the enemy is than set in stone.
