1. You have smite as a tank? Why, if you arent playing a solid jungle build?
2. You have Magic Pen runes, but you lack AP to get the best from Phoenix. If you have that Magic Pen solely for Sunfire Cape, than you fail. Im sorry.
3. Clarity? Really? You are doing something wrong if you need Clarity for mana. An Udyr that is OOM, has some serious issues.
4. Innervating Locket has lost its power with Udyr. That might be why you need Clarity. You are too busy stance dancing for Health and Mana... Wait that makes no sense...
5. You have 8% Dodge chance with runes and Masteries. If you are going to go with Avoidance, stack some more dodge. Dont just rely on your passive to save you.
Im sorry but there is little to no stability in this. Or none that I can see.
Second you have Mpen, but no AP to make it work. If you have Mpen only for SFC, than there is something wrong.
As a jungling build, I dont see much potential. I just dont think this will work. Locket has lost some power withj Udyr, IIRC. Im not doing to rate this, but if you clean it up and make it more of a tanky jungler, than Ill rate. You should really look at Udyr builds. Get a better idea of the many faces of Udyr
