I find no difficulty in landing a successful Event Horizon. And When it comes to masteries who the **** cares? My build is an outline of a general playstyle and some items. It is obvious as Veiagr the basic masteries and rune structure, I see no reason to explain/include them.

IT is my opinion that builds shouldn't be as long winded as the so called "good" ones are. Just items and playstyle are important.

Firstly I just need to mention that Sirell is right, you need runes. It takes you about 2 minutes to get them sorted, with another 5-10 minutes writing a section about it. I noticed a lot of spelling errors in your guide so try fix them up. I know your guide isn't done and is still under construction, but there was just too many spelling errors for me to ignore.

I have no idea what Sirell is talking about with your masteries, to me they look fine. I know your guide is still incomplete, and because of that you are going to get criticism until it is finished. I however know how tough it can be so I am giving you a +1 seeing it's not done and yet it still looks great. You got your point across and overall I think this is an effective guide, Well Done. :)

Once again, not done. This is meant to be the basic layout of the guide, still meant to be usedful. And the no CDR items, that is a problem with the suggestions of the guide, that is just a differing of opinions. I feel that veigar doesn't need any more than the 10% form Deathfires Grasp. No runes and masteries is beucase I think those are pretty obvious and I'm not going to waste my time with them.

No runes, ill-suggested masteries, lack of CDR items and otherwise lack of information makes this a poor guide.
