Alright, this is my first build on mobafire, i've been playing Varus since his release and i was bored :p so i made this. Any questions feel free to ask.

Ok, basicly, if you have an enemy tank with alot of armor that when you attack him you deal 100 instead of 300 damage, go for last whisper, if enemies are very armor building then go for infinity.

Phantom Dancer has the critcical strike + masteries and possible runes you might do wich goes better with the IE, though last whisper has 40% armor pen wich can really turn the tides in teamfight's like a rammus that taunt's you or some other tank you feel like focusing for some reason :p

Well, it gives the extra speed wich can come in usefull and also the crit strike should you go for IE, though with the nerf on Phantom Dancer both zeal and PD give +5% mov speed, and you have alot more attack speed from Hurricane wich is why i decided Phantom Dancer should be last or Guardian's Angel last and PD before it.

I chose Hail of arrow's first (E) to max first because it has the better slow and Reduced healing effect's wich can give you a really good advantage vs another ad carry.

I choose Q maxed second because it'll be easier to snip and/or poke enemies.

W better for lategame with the possible tank or tankier enemy team.
