refering to your boots choice, actually nahor's tooth is a must, and it give cdr 25%, ionian give another 20%, make it over done....(i.e. > 40%), so i think some adjustment need to be done to solve the problem. we don't want to waste money in a build, right?

Actually
Ionian boots gives 15% CDR (not 20%)
So its not overdone

I have a question to the author

Overall, I liked the guide. I like seeing champions played in ways different from the norm.

It's my personal opinion that you should go with the hybrid penetration marks, flat armor seals, and either magic resist/lvl or ap/lvl glyphs, and replace the Berserker's Greaves with Ionian Boots of Lucidity for the missing cdr (or just ask for blue and stick with the attack speed boots). The cdr runes, while helpful, leave you squishy early. You get enough attack speed from your items, and the penetration will help you hit harder against soaks before you get that bloodrazor.

Also, if you're dominating you should add in a Guinsoo's Rageblade. It's a very cost effective way to increase all the stats you're focusing on.
