x3 I start out with the boots of speed and 3x health pots mainly because I feel it offers more than Doran's Blade I'm not a big fan of wasting gold on items like Doran's Blade

at my first trip back I'll try to have about 1k saved up grab greaves and possibly Dagger or Brawler's Gloves also a sight ward and a few more pots

or I take Zeal before Vampiric Scepter mainly for the more it offers 20 attack speed 10 crit and 8 movement opposed too just 10 life steal but if your having issues staying in a lane because their wearing down your health grab vampiric it isn't much but it'll keep ya in for a bit longer

honestly I love this item 55 attack speed 30 crit and 15 movement speed it is great just to get your 3 stacks of blight on your target and use Q,E, or R on them and if you maxed W first you'll knock out 15% of their maximum life as damage

this item is something any AD carry has to pick up early or mid game generally I'll call this my floater because I'll pick it up whenever I have the cash for it so that I can go straight for Bloodthirster or Infinity Edge

or Now here is where I am a bleeding heart both offer a great amounts of damage BT gives you up to 100 addition AD and 20% life steal while I.E. gives you 80 AD 25 crit and your crit deal 50% additional damage usually you'll have this about late mid or mid game the decision is yours on what to choose

Now my last two items honestly to me their just there I personally get both of them but if you believe your build at this part is better go with your last two

i've had people tell me to get Black Cleaver instead of Last Whisper That decision depends on if their stacking armor or not Last whisper if they are stacking armor or Black cleaver if their not. Honestly usually you'll have another AD pick up BC because its part of their build

I personally like this item for the 700 health it gives you the 20 ad isn't anything special but the 30% movement reduction your attacks give is nice they flash away right after you hit them with an arrow basically you just power walk to them if their just out of your range hsil of arrows and just bring the pain but like last whisper you can grab something else in this spot possibly Trinity Force
