A few suggestions:
-You should explain your ability sequence. I don't think maxing E first is good idea because its full damage is a unreliable and it's mainly used as utility spell.
-Your whole guide looks kind of.. unfinished, and it can really use some improvement. You should add tips when using abilities, not only copy-paste what each one does. You should add section about items and explain why to use certain item, etc.
-In pros/cons section you said Vayne is strong laner. Well, it's quite opposite. Vayne is probably weakest laner among carries, but her late game is god-like.
-Also, unless your support is Nunu & Willump, you could maybe buy an early Zeal or even take Phantom Dancer first to proc those Silver Bolts faster, because you already have good AD with your ult, but it's up to player's playstyle.

You need to fix your ability cheat sheet. Maxing e is not good. If you're depending on getting the double damage by knocking them into a wall, then you're never going to win lane because it's rarely going to happen unless you're going all in. At least to tumble or her silver bolts first. Her E is specifically for cc.

Fine so far but I'd run the Last Whisper before Infinity Edge since they will have enough armor at this point to take effect. Also a little faster to build.

I've been told maxing E isn't viable anymore, too.

It should also get a little longer with more detailed explanations if possible.
