I would suggest a 21/0/9 or 21/9/0 masteries. Also maybe you should start with Doran's blade for the 100hp/10damage/3%LS. Also maybe you should get Wit's end before the black cleaver so you have better survivability VS AP carries. Tri-force should be in your build, maybe replacing infinity edge. I would suggest AS Quints for your build.

how about u try out the buld first? the damage output is MASSIVE. all of the on hits put together make up a greater damage multiplier than a crit build would.

i find on-hit effects are stupid, more dmg = more crit, your silver bolts alrdy do 8% true damage or w.e

if you go with wit's end instead of infinity blade, ur damage goes way up, plus wit's end is cheaper. infinity gives more crit tho, so it really depends on watever u want to choose

don't know much about vayne, but i'll give this a try. you might want to also look into on-hit effects. i.e. sword of the divine, wit's end, madreds in combination with silver bullets sounds very deadly. don't know if it will work but just a theory from reading this guide
