|Miss Fortune||Miss Fortune cannot do much to you, her E (make it rain) can be tumbled out of and even her ultimate can be in some cases, if you try and predict when she is going to use her ultimate and then tumble away you've just wasted her ultimate. One thing to be aware of her W and ultimate can be used together to do a lot of damage. You can easily kill a Miss Fortune she has no escape if you can Tumble and Condemn her to a wall she has no escape and you will get the kill.|
Introduction to Vayne
This is my guide to carrying with Vayne, I play on EUW and main AD Carry, I have a lot of experience with Vayne and I thought I would put it all into this guide
Vayne is a quite difficult AD Carry to get the hang of at first but once you somewhat understand her kit she is an amazing ADC who is also really fun to play.
If you're someone who has never even seen Vayne in action here is a video of Counter Logic Gaming ADC DoubleLift and some of his greatest plays with this champion.
I'm going to be helping you understanding Vayne's mechanics and just some tips to help you succeed with her, this can be if you're brand new to this champion or even a somewhat experience Vayne Player.
Vayne has a somewhat confusing kit as it's not just skillshots and it requires timing and mechanical knowledge to be a good Vayne player, you can't just play her first time with no knowledge and get a pentakill.
Lets get to some of Vayne's abilities.
This is Vayne's passive, when she moves towards enemies she gains 30 movement speed.
Tumble is Vayne's small engage / disengage which allows you to position yourself somewhere else. It is very useful if you want to move towards an enemy and land your next shot which deals extra damage or even to escape.
Silver Bolts is Vayne's main damage output, this is why she is a tank killer. Every third consecutive autoattack causes Vayne to deal a percentage of the targets maximum health as bonus true damage.
Condemn is one of my favourite abilities in the entire game, as its so satisfying when you land a great Condemn knocking your opponent into the wall causing them to be stunned and then picking up an easy kill. Condemn is where Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back shooting the target causing damage to be dealt, the ability knocks back the target and if they are hit against a wall or any sort they are stunned.
Final Hour is Vayne's ultimate, she draws her crossbow and has increased attack damage as well as invisibility when she tumbles. She also moves with 90 extra movement speed if towards enemies.
Vayne has a decent early game yet there are other champions that have a much better early game such as Corki and other burst AD Carries. I still think her early game is decent as she does quite a bit of damage and can easily pick off someone by stunning with her E. With Vayne you really need to farm hard and deny minions for the enemy ADC, you can do this by poking them, condemning or even tumbling towards them they will most likely back off a bit. You also want to stay in lane at least till you have enough for a Bilgewater Cutlass (1400 Gold) but you want to either do this when the enemy AD Carry recalls or if you kill him. If you're minion wave is up to the enemy tower and you feel as if you have enough time to buy and quickly get back to lane you could recall then.
With recalling you need to look at your priorities, are the enemy team grouping and trying to take dragon, are they trying to engage one of your teammates and can you help. If they have recalled you need to do so too otherwise the enemy ADC will deal more damage and could easily kill you. Whereas if you recall while your team has contested dragon they have 1 less person and the enemy team would wipe them out.
Things to remember:
Recall once you have at least 1400 gold and it is a suitable time to buy.
If you can catch someone off guard with your E into a wall you can pick up a kill or force them to recall.
