Differences

At the crit build I go for huge dmg and cital strike with the Q spell;
At the ad build i go for attack speed to optimize the w spell from vayne with madred's bloodrazor and a bit defending with armor.

The 1st building is perfect vs ap heros with low life and the 2nd is good vs ad champs with ap and tanks so if you can see what the enemys take you can say 1st build or 2nd.
