Get a Cloth armor and 5 HP pots..and with this runes ur gonna be fine.After that take Berserkers Greaves,and if u cant take Madreds Razors.Then rush Wriggles Lantern and for now ur gonna be fine.After Wriggles rush B.F. Sword and then Black Cleaver that will give u nice DMG,Armor pen and AS.Rush Zeal and immediately take Phantom Dancer.Now u can take Trinity Force,go for another Zeal and Sheen and then take full Trinity.Now u see that this build is op.Now run for Infinity Edge.And after if u want u can replace Wriggles with Bloodthirster!
