Okay! This is my Vayne guide, of HOW TO WIN!!!, and if you don't win, you're doing it wrong.

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage
These with Your armor pen should be adequate. Can be switched for greater mark or strength. Will help out early game but will fall off quickly.
Best in slot. Helps win trades with AD carry, and not get instant killed late game.
Best in slot. Helps with AP supports like Sona or carries like Tristana. Helps win trades, dragon fights when the caster is strongest and late game so you don't get bursted.
Greater early game, better last hitting. An absolute must if you choose boots.
21 In Offence for increased overall damage, as that is your job as carry.
9 In Defence to help give you the edge early game and stay alive late game to deal damage.
If with a Healing support

MID GAMESynergizes on Vayne very well. Will give you higher mid game damage output than most other carries. Your only need for armor pen because of .
This is optional, get it if your support doesn't give out good heals like Janna
+ Attack speed is very important on Vayne because of this gives us a optimal amount before we need to build more damage. Also gives movement speed which compensates for the low base, and 10% crit which can definitely make a difference.
LATE GAMESustain in fights and a massive auto attack, we get it now so you can farm it up.
Crits to build into and all the stats we need.
Reliable crits now, need this to keep up with other carries crit burst crit damage.
DEFENSIVE ITEMFor heavy AD/Casters aren't landing skills on you.
For heavy CC usually get when their tanks are initiating on you.
For when they're Caster has heavy CC like Malzahar or if they have Warwick or Mordekaiser so you can stop supression and your own ghost from wreaking your team.
First, for the highest damage, and great cooldown. so you can run away with condemn easier and stun more often.
second, for its cooldown when chasing, it has no use when running because you need to hit someone to refresh the timer and just has lower damage than
last because it scales the worst, by far early game , but the best late game, get a point early for free damamge but max and first.
First point into For positioning and early trades.
Fourth point into for the passive
