General, Items, Abilities, Masteries, Runes parts and their notes speak for themselves so i won't be explainning them. And i should state that this is my girst guide here so be kind :D.

Pros:

-You will have more 750 hp more than general carry builds
-You will have life steal and with the hp you have you have more chance of survival in case of 1v1
-Vayne's silver bolts will help you a lot along with 3 black cleavers against tanky opponents.
-Vayne's passive along with zephyr will help you chase opponents effectively.

Cons:

-You need a long game or you need get fed to get all items
(The remainning cons are the Vayne's normal usual cons)

Since you need around 16k gold to get all items you will a certain amount of creeps score to get all those items and as we all know creep number is limited so try to get some kills at early game.

In my opininon, Vayne is not team player kind. She has silver bolts so she can easily steal a kill. I personally prefer other carries but vayne have some advantages against other carries so i play vayne too.

As i said before, i prefer other carries but vayne certainly have some advantages over other carries such as her passive, silver bolts and her stun(depends on the fights' area of course). As long as you do the basics(farming and getting fed) as a carry you will have no problems with this build.

P.S: I use this build every "vayne" game but i think this shouldn't be a "every-game" build since it is based on reducing the effects of armor to almost 0. So this works better if the enemy team spend their money for armor items to counter you or other ad champions.
