The new jungle item on vayne is broken. Make you proc w every other auto and broct your bork twice.

Once you get Devour you will proct bork twice evr other attack. You also proc you W passive every 2 shots. So you do tons of damage. You are already the stongerst duelist in game. With skrimisher you only push your advantage even further. Late game you will become a monster. Yous be able to 2 shot there carries and kill the tanks quickly to. You q makes you devour activate faster so use it as much as you can. rade tinkets at 9. Also farm crab and tell jung to let you smite drag. Drag gives you 5 stacks and crab givest you 2. the faster you get 3 the better. Try to steal there buffs and farm jung as much as you can. Kill enemies gives you stacks to. You should have 30 by 20 mins. And youll hit a huge power spike once you hit 30. Specially if you get dragons. You can also solo drag since you have smite. and late game you can duo baron with you sup tanking it.

You have a weak laning phase but late game you are so broken you can kill everyone super fast.
