In this build, you will have the basic items for the build plus some changes that you can do if you need.

In the runes, I'm using this ones, because i don't have enough IP to try another ones.
I think can be a good idea use More base damage + critic damage + armor penetration.

Exist many builds, but i think the most haras in the line will be this one.

For items, yes 3 doran's blade for more life and a little of life steal and damage for stay alive. The boots you will substitute for Phantom Dance. You can make Angel or Banshee Vei'l versus Caster, but the most important in this build is, you have to kill before you die.
